Writing Books Makes the World Go Round!
Writer: Niel Oscar
  • Analog ghosts in a digital age.
Working on a new science-fiction project titled The Analog Collapse. Not really a “time travel” story. More about memory, history, old books, early internet culture, observer-dependent reality, and the uncomfortable possibility that history after 1984 may not be the original version anymore. Quiet science fiction. Slow-burn paranoia. Analog ghosts inside a synchronized world. Still early. Still assembling the pieces. One of the central ideas: What if reality does not rewrite itself perfectly? - Niel Oscar
Not everything is written in stone, including you.

What if Reality Changes?

Chapter One: First Editions

This is still a very early draft of The Analog Collapse, and Chapter One is far from complete. I wanted to share a small piece of the project anyway to get honest feedback while the story is still evolving. If you have thoughts, theories, criticisms, ideas, or even small details that felt interesting or out of place, I’d genuinely like to hear them. One of the most enjoyable parts of writing science fiction is seeing what readers notice — especially when reality, memory, and history start to blur together a little. Feel free to leave a comment and tell me what you think so far. - Niel Oscar
